Working main menu, tutorial, level and boss stage, win scene, lose scene

- Added main menu, tutorial, win scene, lose scene, two new dino boss abilities, new octopus boss, multiple levels (difficulty modifier), cooldowns for abilities, haste ability

- Removed debug text, bomb powerup, and barrier visibility

Controls/Player Abilities:

- Arrow Keys to move

- Spacebar to throw shuriken

- C key plus arrow key to teleport 100 pixels away from current location

- V key to heal 20 health points (only works when player hp is under 100)

- B key to apply a shield which will negate the first attack that connects with the player

Powerups:

(only applies after player picks up corresponding powerup)

- Z key to throw three shuriken (three shuriken symbol)

- X key to throw giant shuriken which pierces enemies (gray piercing object symbol)

- A key for sword/melee attack (also permanently increases player speed by a little when you get a kill with this ability)
